went to conference hall today for syf rehearsal and missed the last psl session.

back to rehearsal. apparently i have no mo qi with lingting. the CHEMISTRY you know. haha lingg we must practice more!i think lingting and i have been making really fatal mistakes, cos i had quite a number of ppl feedbacking to me tht for jeannie, with only the 2 of us playing main melody, the mistakes we make are really obvious. shucks. and i think my harmonics have pok pok sounds, which is not good.
not good at all.
i really want us to get a gold, but with RIGE before us, i don't want them to outshine us too much.
lets all go murder the guys.
ok jokes aside, i think we have an ok chance of getting gold. must perfect jeannie. i shall practice, cos if i make any mistakes, i'll blame myself to bits. and the going in and out parts, showmanship, etc etc. PLEASE let us get gold. don't know if we can get honours too, but nothing's impossible.
altos were left at conference hall yesterday. two of them! i was really shocked wth. phew we found them. felt quite stupid for not checking all 5 were on the bus, but i was carrying 2 already, and i had enough on my hands. but i'm glad they're found. costs money!
and my class doesnt want to buy carn tickets. ohwell.
learning journey is fun! (: we had world trade game and sungei buloh ytd! but i think world trade was more fun! sungei buloh was ok, just that the damn perf task is worth 25%. and got quite some bites. :/ -itchy-
world trade! sawathikaaaap! (: celene and i got thailand! thailand's so pathetic, we scored 50+ points while others like US got 150+? cannot remember. we were the lowest but we were above the average standard! yay! go us! (: was utterly hiliarious lah. trading... selling... taking out ALL the money we could loan, and basically getting a HUGE deficit at the end!

tmr selling flags! in hwa chong sigh. how to sell? fan and i came up with sales strategies!
1. stay by the toilet 2. find some rich teacher/principal and sabo him to buy ALL our tissues in one go. 3. spill something accidentally on unsuspecting victim, then offer a tissue. after use, THEN charge him. 4. target people dripping with sweat.
and we realised all of these methods... WILL NOT WORK.
swim carn. a little late i know, but yah. ducky whistles were cute! but spastic to some. made weeeird noises. souvenirs were well received, people were choosy. smiley faces the most popular, followed by sheriff badges and cactuses. i think. waddle was great. i had fun. ummm and we got 3rd. richard only got 2nd, i expected them to get 1st. and so tarbet got 1st. i bet quan's gloating. anyway FANFAN i got ur BANDANA for youuuu! yay (: korkor's a pro swimmer. love kor.
which brings me to guitar induction. we played games like whacko, and pl called ning zhong zi, which was utterly hiliarious. haha no reference to the bazhang triangular object whatsoever. and yah i think the sec 1s are pretty nice. if you're a sec 1 guitarist reading this, please DO NOT dao yufang. she's a nice senior. in case you didn't know. and played H2O and paper folding thing. and guitar room is stuffyyy. hmmm.
and finally convention. which was yesterday. my group was called fu wu. as in service in chinese. liked my grp members! yay! (: had ice breakers... then training session 1... which was tower building. fu wu's miao tiao tower. which was very sturdy and artistic btw! and then station games! here's our cheer!

and 102, you made my peer support experience unforgettable. psl sessions are going to end. i feel sad. serious.
then anyway. there was closing ceremony, singing! geradine's my mortal! i got her candle.
after everything ended me and yen brought a bunch of sji guys to the main rubbish bin. and the circle theory happened. haha. malued lah. :/
then me and yen and shuhan and weiming and iggy and what's-his-name went to PS BK to eat dinner. cos we cldn't afford marche(how to spell). bleeeeeh. we talked for quite long and we left BK at 9.
convention rocked basically. miss it already. but was really tired yesterday.
